Well if you are reading this tomorrow I am gone...if you are reading this now...well I am almost gone. Last big hoorayyyyyyyyyyy for Summer. Camping at Wallowa Lake. Can't wait. S'mores, bratwurst, bake potatoes from the coals.....yum. Had a wonderful time on our last trip...... 3 national parks in a week. GOOD TIMES! lol. I wanted to pop in with a little something before I leave again. A little black and cream ensemble. I never tire of burlap, especially printed burlap....I added some vintage trimmings of all kinds and a pretty cameo. I left the burlap frayed...kinda like it that way. I added some old sewing notions....worn scissors and needles from a sewing machine. A few other goodies. I really enjoyed making this and the way it turned out. Well that is it for me! I am off to pack. Wish me luck! At least we have showers. I had to share a pic of my cat.............random?? Maybe...but he is in the black and cream spectrum too! hugs, cherry
Gorgeous texture and detail! Sweet sewing additions, too! Fab cat! We used to have a black/white cat named Misty. A sweet darling she was...miss her! Hope you have a wonderful time away on vacation...take care!

ReplyDeleteI love this burlap pocket and all the goodies with it! Where do you get printed burlap and is that postage stamp shape a premade diecut? The set goes well with your kitty! I've never been camping but it sounds like fun. Have a great time!
