Just a little something...

today from yours truly! A little art piece I made with a sweet nostalgic touch. Do you remember playing "Pocket full of Posies" ? I do! Would be a great day to play it here....the temps have actually reached the 60's today and the sun is out in all its glory. AS if that was not enough to make me smile...I saw some of my flowers peeking their shy little heads up out of the earth. YEA!!!!! Sooo I hope all of you are out and about drinking in this lovely Saturday! Please let me know what you think of this piece...another idea for etsy! I value your opinions. You can email me at cjubilee@q.com if you are interested. Thank-you so much for the interest in the banners and my other little piece...so glad to know people enjoy my silly creations. XOXO, Cherry

Ashes, ashes, we all fall down! This piece is so sweet. I have a thing for scalloped circles. Where did you get the blue tape measure twilled ribbon?

Hi! I am new to your blog. Well I am new to blogging all together :)

Just had to comment on this piece! It reminds me of my Great Aunts. Can't put my finger exactly on it....other to say that it looks like something that would have in their house.

thanks!

Cherry !! Oh my, you really do such beautiful work, I'm in awe! How do you get the edges to looks so worn and antiqued ? I loved the post before this too! Your attention to detail is stunning sweetie!!

Are these available in your Etsy? I'll have to go back and peek for the link, they are simply fabulous !!

I for one, totally enjoy ALL, every single one of your "silly little creations(as you put it)". How cleaver to use measuring tape ribbon on this little beauty. Anything that reminds me of days gone by, is special. Please keep creating and sharing.

Hi! I got the red and white check duvet at Bed Bath & Beyond about 8 years ago. :) I had it my freshman year in college. Maybe you can find one similar.

hi cherry

well i think it is adorable, and also i would never be able to do it myself, just so not crafty myself which i think is what makes it successful in an etsy shop if you see what i mean
