If friends were flowers...

 

Wednesday already?  April 10th already??  Don't know what to make of that.  Wanted to share a card I am sharing over at The Rubber Café today.  I have always loved this sentiment and wanted it to be center stage.  I stamped it onto a Jenni Bowlin diecut  and than embellished around it using a sweet vintage dresdan image of a little girl picking flowers of course.  I thought this image was so perfect for the saying.  I added a sweet handmade felt and fabric bloom I made from vintage swiss dot fabric.  I used a pearl jellie dot for the center.  I added some whimsical clouds and buttons and ribbons for softness.  Love the red..my fave color.  Just makes me happy..hope it does you too!  hugs, cherry
