Flowers I bring...

thanksgiving will be here shortly....with all the yummy foods.  Especially that pumpkin bread our family loves and devours.  I love this time of year to slow down a bit....I know I will be sad that my Mom will not be with us but I am tentatively ready with hope for this holiday.  We plan to be with some cousin, along with my Dad,  husband, and son.  I will be thankful for those I do have with me.  I don't usually do a lot of thanksgiving cards but came up with this one. I fell i love with image of the lady....added fabric scraps, sentiment, diecuts, vintage button and lace and some glass berry berries I tied together and allowed them to trinkle down.  Hope all is well with you folk!  hugs, cherry

I don't think I've ever commented on your cards but they are always beautiful and I'm a definite fan of yours! Especially loving your Thanksgiving card today but even more so your expression of loss. Many of us will be missing someone special at our table this year but we'll be remembering them with a smile and a heart full of gratitude for the way they touched our lives. Thanksgiving blessings!
