Whootttttttttttt First Magistical Memories post!

Hey there kids! Happy Halloween!  I have a not so Halloweeny post for you today. So excited to share my first Magistical Memories project with you!  I made a couple of shabby little  cards...using a subject kinda close to my heart..Cherries!  I used two Amy Teets designs this time...the chunky scallop frame (I heart this) and a circle tab on the second card.  I chose to cover both chipboard pieces with papers and sand them down and did a bit of distressing and inking because that is just how I roll.  Loved how they turned out.  We were lucky enough to also partner up with PAPER TRUNK  I used papers from both the rockabilly and the Maybe Baby lines.  LOVE that cherry paper!  We also partnered up with Helmar Adhesives.  I used their premium craft glue and the 3-d zapdots.  Is it wrong to say I have fallen madly and deeply in love with their glue?  It really super well.  High quality stuff.  Well that is it for me today!  Hope you enjoyed! Have a fun Halloween!  Hey and before I go I encourage you all to join in with our October sketch contest
whoever wins the challenge gets to be the guest designer for December!  How cool is that?  Go check it out!  xoxo, Cherry

A few little friday night creations..

I was able to create a few cards today....did my heart good.  Had to take a  few breaks here and there to cuddle my kitten Bailey.  He INSISTS ON IT......most def. a lap cat.  He allowed me to finish these though and I thought I would share them with you this evening.  So fun to change out color schemes when ever a whim calls....have always adored black/white together...and of course my fave red....and than a bit of pink.  I will be adding these to my etsy store in a fw
I have decided to do a shipping sale again....if you buy 20.00 or more in cards etc you will recieve free shipping.  This will go thorough to Sunday...Halloween!  So take advantage and do a little shopping. I will be adding a few designs to the store through the check back.  Have fun this spooky weekend and be safe!  xoox, cherry

GCD Studios THEME Project....wee bit spoooooooky!

Hello there!  I am back to share my GCD Studio's Theme project for the of my faves so far.  Love that combination of blacks, creams, and small pops of color.  Which is exactly what we were to go off of.  I chose to add a bit of yellowy green to  mine by using some fab GCD Studio's vintage buttons from the Homespun chic line.  Designed by Ms. Melody Ross herself!  I also used papers from the Artsy Urban line for my black/cream papers.  I added a bit of vintage flair by covering the middle pendant with a vintage book page.  My chipboard base is the GCD STudio's Banner Kit....which a perfect size for banners. Not to big and not to small....JUST right!   I think this little banner is gonna be JUST RIGHT hanging in a little spot I have in the dining area.  Hope you enjoyed this months theme! Happppppppppy Halloween!  Hugs, Cherry
