Cabin Fever

That is what we have. It has been below zero here the last couple of days...snow and just plain freeezzzzzzzzng temperatures. I had the choice between housework...and crafting. Which do you think I chose? Wanted to share a JOLLY little project with you tonight. I had my husband cut some wood into blocks...they are not perfect by any regard, which is the way I wanted them. I than went to work covering them in scrap book paper and some fun embellies. My friend came over Friday evening and shared some vinyl with me...we used my cricket to cut some words out of it. It cost next to nothing and is keeping me from going crzyyyyyy. As for my husband, child, cat, and dog....can't speak for them. Night, night. cherry

What a wonderful project! I'd love to do crafting with you, Cherry, because I know you'd inspire me (as you always do with your posts)!

You have a Cricket??? I've been wanting one of those...I watch the infomercials all of the time...I've walked by them numerous times and wanted to badly to have one...maybe if Santas reading this he'll send one my way.

I also wanted to thank you for leaving me the nicest comments on my blog...you're a sweetheart, Cherry!

Don't you just love that Cricut machine. I am getting the most use out of it. I just started my second vinyl project last night. I'll post it today. Kind of along the same lines as your "jolly" blocks but a little different. I wish I could find the vinyl in more colors though. Makes for inexpensive crafting and gifting. Love your creation.
